libitl-gobject-dev software package provides GObject bindings for libitl - development files, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libitl-gobject-dev
libitl-gobject-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libitl-gobject-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libitl-gobject-dev *
You will get with libitl-gobject-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
